Our legal basis for the processing of your personal information is -

  • GDPR Article 6 1 (b) – it is necessary to deliver the contracted service to you
  • GDPR Article 6 1 (c) – it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, notably Health and Safety and HMRC’s requirements for financial records
  • GDPR Article 6 1 (e) – to deliver our tasks as a public authority.

We retain customer records for 5 years from when you last attended, Unless the customer is under 18 years old then we keep records until 5 years past their 18 Birthday.  Records of payments must be retained for 7 years.
